Students should have brought a review sheet home tonight to study for a big test tomorrow.  They received this sheet last week as well as were encouraged to study a little bit each night so they would be ready for the on-line computer test.  Please make sure that your son/daughter spends some time preparing for this test.  Thanks and happy studying!!

Miscellaneous:

• If your son/daughter is a safety, please have them check around for a safety belt or two because we do not have enough safety belts at school for our current safeties.
• All the 5th graders will be going to the Grand Rapids Museum and Planetarium on Friday, March 13th. The students will need to bring a sack lunch on that day.
• Don’t forget to have your children read at home. They should be reading and filling out their reading logs every day.
• There is no school Monday, March 9. We look forward to meeting with you at conferences next week! 🙂
• Look for a letter from the middle school to come home with your child today. This includes some important dates and information about the transition into middle school.

1. Please turn your 5th grade contribution/5th grade t-shirt money back to school by tomorrow, January 27.

2. No Spelling homework or tests the next two weeks because of the 4 day weeks.

3. Science review sheet is coming home today to help 5th graders study and be ready for a test on Wednesday.

1. Finish and return spelling homework tomorrow.

Students have a word study page for homework tonight!

HOLIDAY GIFT SHOP IS  December 3-5.  Check your child’s backpack for the classroom schedule and money envelope.  These were sent home last week before Thanksgiving break began.

We will also be doing a Georgetown Tee and Sweatshirt order at this time.  They make great Christmas gifts.  The order form is due by December 5th and the items will be delivered the week of December 15th, just in time for the holidays.  ORDER FORM:  holiday shirt order form
